"The Watchman Stove works awesome. I recently cooked a full salmon fillet. This turned out great. After starting up the Watchman Stove I use larger limbs to make a lower temp flame which allowed me to cook the fish slow. I did a few cuts crisscross pattern then seasoned the fish and cooked the fish skin side down until the cuts where separating. Then the fish can be picked off in small bite size nuggets"
